After being asked to bowl first the girls were able to take regular wickets with Lottie starring with 3 wickets in her 15 ball spell. Richmond posted 140-6 in their 100 balls which we felt might have been slightly above par but with but with teams of 8-a-side, the usual lightening outfield and a bit of belief, we felt we could chase this down.

Our batters then put on a brilliant performance with Tara (20 off 18 balls), Emma (50* off 35) and Rhythm (41* off 32) meeting the target with 14 balls to spare and only losing one wicket.

It was a stunning performance against the team that were undefeated in the league.
