First win for the Heat

After winning the toss, Whiteley Village chose to bat and were restricted to 122 for 8 off 20 overs. The spin trio of Rajiv Jangra(3 wickets), Santosh Unni (2 wickets) and Ahmad Riaz and slow bowling of David Price(2 wickets) did most of the damage. Sagar Patel in his first game chipped in with a wicket. Ali Syed went wicketless but took 3 catches in the deep. The score was chased in 17 overs with the loss of just 2 wickets. Fine contributions with the bat from Anirban, Rohan and Nandan gave the first win of the season for the Heat.
