Sunday 24th May
What a Sunday it was for Sunbury's junior teams, with wins pretty much across the board and some seriously impressive performances to talk about!

U8s 126 for 2 beat Weybridge 41 for 5 by 100 runs
The U8s kicked things off in style, absolutely hammering Weybridge by 100 runs. Sunbury put up a brilliant 126 for 2 from their 12 overs before skittling the visitors for just 41 for 5 in reply.

U9s 168 for 6 beat Thames Ditton 97 for 5 by 66 runs
The U9s had a great game against Thames Ditton, posting 168 for 6 and then bowling the opposition out for 97 to win comfortably by 66 runs.
U9s 188 for 9 beat Fulham 99 for 9 by 89 runs
Later in the day the U9s were even better in their league game against Fulham, smashing 188 for 9 before dismissing Fulham for just 99. Two games, two wins, brilliant stuff.

Girls U9s 102 for 1 beat Hampton Wick Royal 68 for 2 by 39 runs
The Girls U9s also got a win, beating Hampton Wick Royal by 39 runs. Sunbury made 102 for 1 from their 12 overs before holding the opposition to 68 for 2. A really solid team effort.

Girls U11s 129 for 3 beat Ashtead by 114 runs
The Girls U11s were superb against Ashtead, winning by 114 runs after piling up 129 for 3 from their 16 overs. A really dominant all round performance.

U12s 178 for 3 beat Farnham 24 all out by 154 runs
The U12s were just as impressive, crushing Farnham by 154 runs. The batting lineup fired on all cylinders, posting 178 for 3 before the bowlers ran through Farnham for just 24 in 12.5 overs. Brilliant cricket from start to finish.

U10s 104 for 7 lost to Old Woking 139 for 3 by 55 runs
It was not such a great day for the U10s though, who lost by 55 runs to Old Woking. Despite posting 104 for 7, they could not stop Old Woking reaching 139 for 3.

U13s 107 for 9 lost to Woking and Horsell 120 for 9 by 13 runs
The U13s also had a tough one, losing by 13 runs to Woking and Horsell in what was a really close game. Sunbury were bowled out for 107 chasing 120 for 9 and just could not quite get over the line.

Monday 25th May
U10s 165 for 7 beat Richmond 141 all out by 39 runs
The U10s bounced back really well from Sunday, beating Richmond by 39 runs. Sunbury posted a great 165 for 7 and then dismissed Richmond for 141 to claim a well deserved win.

U12s beat Sheen Park by concession
The U12s were handed a free win as Sheen Park conceded the match.

U14s 189 all out lost to Malden Wanderers 193 all out by 4 runs
The U14s will be absolutely gutted after losing to Malden Wanderers by just 4 runs in one of the most dramatic finishes of the season. Chasing 193, Sunbury were all out for 189, falling agonisingly short in a game that could have gone either way right to the end.

Tuesday 26th May
U15s 132 all out lost to Staines and Laleham 135 for 4 by 6 wickets
The U15s went down to a 6 wicket defeat against Staines and Laleham, who chased down Sunbury's 132 with a couple of overs to spare. A frustrating result but there were plenty of positives to take.

U17A beat Ealing by concession
Good news for the U17A side though, who were given a walkover after Ealing conceded the match.

U13s 175 for 7 beat Richmond 159 for 8 by 16 runs
The U13s had a great evening against Richmond, posting a strong 175 for 7 with Rhythm Gala scoring 61 from just 51 balls and Oliver Birch carrying the back end with 43 from 20, before restricting Richmond to 159 for 8 to win by 16 runs as Sunbury's bowlers delivered as Rhythm Gala took an unbeaten 3 wickets with Arhaan Khan taking 2 for himself. A really solid team performance from start to finish.

Wednesday 27th May
U11s 151 for 0 beat Teddington 107 all out by 44 runs
The U11s had a brilliant day with two games on the schedule. In the first, Sunbury put in one of the performances of the season against Teddington, posting an incredible 151 for 0 from their 20 overs without losing a single wicket as Dhamanveer and Samanveer Singh both retired, Will Dixon and C Singh finished the overs, before bowling Teddington out for 107 with Dhamanveer Singh taking an impressive 2 wickets to lead the team to victory. Absolutely superb.

Girls U12s 141 for 3 beat Horsley and Send 96 all out by 45 runs
The Girls U12s had a convincing win over Horsley and Send, putting up 141 for 3 with captain Hrisha Shah retiring with 32 from 15 as Harriet Strelitz retired not long after with 31 from 13, before bowling the opposition out for 96 to win by 45 runs with the help of Jemimah Cross and Phoebe Bentall taking an unbeaten 2 wickets each. Great cricket all round.

U17B 106 for 1 beat Hampton Hill 104 for 6 by 9 wickets
The U17B side were excellent against Hampton Hill, knocking off the target of 104 for the loss of just one wicket and cruising home in under 12 overs to win by 9 wickets. An amazing performance from Jack Marland taking 3 wickets with Leo Pearson not far behind with 2, and with a quick 44* from Harry Kerridge and Ayush Obhrai scoring 42* it was an early finish for all.

Thursday 28th May
U11s 102 all out lost to Indian Gymkhana 116 for 9 by 14 runs
Later in the day the side faced Indian Gymkhana in a tighter game and were bowled out for 102 chasing 116 for 9, losing by 14 runs. A tough one to take after such a great earlier performance.

U15s 168 for 7 beat Teddington 115 for 7 by 53 runs
The U15s finished the week on a real high, beating Teddington by 53 runs. Sunbury posted 168 for 7 as Alfie Granger scored an amazing 57 from 30 before restricting Teddington to 115 for 7 with Arjun Thandi taking 2 unbeaten wickets in a really strong team display.

Girls U15s 59 for 1 beat Teddington Bushy Park 58 for 8 by 7 wickets
The Girls U15s were also brilliant, beating Teddington's Bushy Park side by 7 wickets. After bowling them out for 58, with Grace Mansfield taking 3 for 6 along with Molly Wells, Varma Saumyaa and Tanuska taking one each, Sunbury knocked off the runs in just over 10 overs, finishing on 59 for 1 with Anita Chadha scoring an unbeaten 21 from 16 to wrap up a comfortable win.

U14s 130 all out lost to Richmond 132 for 2 by 8 wickets
The U14s had a tough night against Richmond, being bowled out for 130 before Richmond chased it down easily for the loss of just 2 wickets, however Maximus Williams scored again with 35 from 23 and Lucas Cholewa making a brilliant 23 from 25.

U17A beat Ealing Trailfinders by concession
And finally, the U17A side picked up another walkover as Ealing Trailfinders also conceded their fixture.
