Open Day a Stunning Success

Hundreds Flock to Sign Up: Signings Continue


Applications continue to be received for Senior and Colts Membership in all age groups. Prospective applicants should to email Hon Secretary Penny Hughes in the first instance or visit the Club where she will be present from 10:30 on Sunday mornings.

Hundreds of prospective Colts and their families and prospective Playing and Non Playing Members flocked to the Geoff Kaye Memorial Ground on Sunday 18th April. In all some 300 children, parents, coaches, committee members and local residents were at the ground - while a fixture between the Sunbury Academy XI and Basingstoke CC was taking place on the lower square.

As the first event of its kind at Sunbury it was a stunning success, helped in large measure by the weather without a cloud (or aircraft) to be seen all day.

Online applications are continuing to be received and are most welcome for all classes of adult membership and for all Colts' age groups from Under 5s through to Under 17s.

A Membership Category to Suit You


New members of all standards are invited to join our vibrant and successful Club. We offer competitive rates for outstanding facilities.

We shall also be holding an Open day on Sunday 18th April when prospective new members are encouraged to come along to see what Sunbury has to offer.

We have three types of Membership. Thesea are Senior Playing Membership. Colts & Family Membership and Non Playing Membership (includes all adults in the household). More details are below.

Senior Playing Membership - from £50

We enjoy excellent facilities supported by wide range of fixtures and welcome current players and those resuming the game after a break.

We play competitive cricket in all 4 XIs on Saturdays and a mixture of competitive and social cricket on Sundays. Players' ages, particularly in our lower XIs on Saturdays and in our Sunday XIs, range from teenagers to a few in their 50s and 60s who are still able to put in a passable performance.

Special rates are available for younger players aged 18-21, students and for Sunday only players.

Subscription Rates for Senior Players
Players 21 or over - Saturday & Sunday £150
Players 21 or over - Sundays only £50
Players 21 or over also pay a £10 match fee.

Players aged 18 - 21 - Saturday & Sunday £110
Players aged 18 - 21 - Sunday only £50
Players aged 18 - 21 pay a £5 match fee.

Colts & Family Membership - from £50

Colts parents or guardians also enjoy the social benefits of membership of the Club. A number of Colts' fathers have also found themselves returning to the game by joining our senior section.

Our large and very active Colts'section runs training sessions for junior players from the ages of 5 to 17 and competitive cricket from Under 9 level onwards. We enter the Middlesex and Surrey Junior League and Cup competitions and at some age groups put out an A and B side so that as many players as possible get a game. Older

Older colts of a requisite standard are also eligible to play for our senior XIs.

Subscriptions for Colts and Families
1st Colt Member Under 10s - 17s £85
1st Colt Member Under 5s - 9s £50

2nd Colt Member Under 10s - 17s £50
2nd Colt Member Under 5s - 9s £45

3rd or more Colt Members all ages £30

Non Playing Membership - £10 per household

You may of course wish simply wish to enjoy the benefits of non playing membership. This provides you with the opportunity to watch cricket as a member of the Club with access to the bar and other facilities of the Club all the year round when we feature key sporting events including Soccer and Rugby matches on our wide screen plasma televisions. All household adults are included in the £10 non playing membership subcription.
