Whilst we are delighted that our u13, u15 and u17s are all through to the next round of the Cups, in all cases this was due to the opposition conceding. It goes without saying that all teams would have much rather played their way through to the next round.

There was more frustration for the u15s and u14s who were washed out on Thursday evening.

Our gallant u13s and u11s both went down in the cold and dark on Tuesday. Both sides lost the toss and were set challenging targets. Both battled to the end and on a warm sunlit evening who knows what they would have achieved?

Special mention for Charlie Rice u11s and Eshan Patel u13s for top scoring. At least we think it was Charlie and Eshan – it was hard to see in the dark.
